These knives are very sharp. Handle with care and store out of the reach of children wash thoroughly before first use. The knives in this set are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended. To get the best out of your knives, wash by hand using a plastic dish brush and hot soapy water and hand dry immediately. Do not clean using abrasive cleaners, steel wood, scourers or scouring powder. If you prefer to use a dishwasher, place in the top rack with the cutting edge pointing down. Do not place the blade in contact with other knives or cutlery in the dishwasher, as staining may occur. Avoid “rinse & hold” programmes and remove and hand dry as soon as the cycle is complete.Use wooden or plastic chopping boards to avoid blunting the blade
