All items sold on valuliving.com have free delivery to UK mainland Addresses. Non Mainland UK and Scottish Highlands require an Extra £7 to be paid as this is levied onto us by our couriers. 

Royal Mail: Any item that can be sent via Royal Mail (under £80 and under 2kgs). All items are sent with a proof of posting / proof of delivery via a tracked service. Some items may be sent requiring a signature, if no one you will be carded and the parcel held at your local Post Office / Sorting Depot. 

DHL: All items are sent on an economy service which will take 3-4 working days to arrive depending on location with the UK.

Any orders for Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight , Isles of Sicily and Channel Islands will require an Additional £7 carriage to cover the surcharge imposed on us by DHL. Please select the £7 delivery option from Shop Catorgories to avoid delays in shipping your item. 

If you pay for Express Delivery and order by 1pm GMT you order will be dleivered the Next working day.

If you order is returned to us as a failed delivery the buyer will be required to pay £4 redelivery for Royal Mail redeliveries and £8 for UKMAIL redeliveries. 

Over Size  / Heavy items These will be sent via the Pallet Network on a 4-5 day service and you will get a phone call from the courier to book in the delivery with you so please supply a mobile number. 

Certain postcodes will be required to pay a location surcharge imposed on us by the courier
