Please contact us via 01793 787099 option 1 if you experience a fault with your item within the warranty period. Within the first month Valutech will provide a Free post returns label to send the item back for repair / replacement and we will return it back to you at our own cost. After 30 days you will be required to send the item back at your own cost and Valutech will repair / replace and send back free of charge. 

You may return any item that is “dead on arrival,” or an item that is still in an unopened box or faulty for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of purchase please contact us to initiate a return for repair or replacement. Valutech Ltd reserves the right to test “dead on arrival” returns and impose the customer a fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product and is found to be No Fault Found, or if the item is not able to be re-sold in the same condition due to minor use or broken seals on packaging. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts or packaging, or is in an unsellable condition due to customer tampering will be subject to a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. 

Missing Parts / Accessories or Damage need to be reported with 7 days of receiving the item. After this period Valutech cannot be held responsible and may not be able to help in regards to returns or replacement parts. 

If your item is a failed delivery thru no fault of Valutech or the Courier a re-delivery charge of £4 Royal Mail, £8 DHL / DPD (£18 for Non Mainland UK) and £55 for a pallet will be charged before we send the item out again or it you cancel your order this will be deducted from the total monies refunded 

Please note our prices include delivery and any items that are returned due to change or mind, purchased by mistake or found not to be faulty will have the original cost of shipping deducted from the refund. For example, original cost of item £19.97, Valutech's cost to ship the order was £4 so you will receive a refund of £15.97. We do not profit from this it only covers our cost to originally ship the item to you. 

Customers in the highlands or outer islands of the United Kingdom will incur an additional postage charge for large/heavy items due to couriers surcharge 

Always please contact us for an RMA number before returning your item, otherwise you may experience an delay in your refund. Please allow 5-7 working days from the date you return if delivered for your refund to be processed
